Siza Safari is proud to be associated with Thornybush to present you with a prize as detailed below for a person that makes a confirmed reservation via Siza Safari in the months of March or April 2021. The lucky draw winner will be selected via a random draw of all people that made a confirmed reservation with Siza Safari in the months of March and April 2021.
The Prize
A two (2) night stay for two (2) people sharing at Simbambili Game Lodge, situated in The Sabi Sand Wildtuin, subject to availability and valued at R19,996.00.
This offer includes:
• Accommodation
• All meals
• Morning / afternoon game drives and walks
This offer excludes:
• Beverages / mini-bar
• Curio, spa treatments and laundry, telephone
• Gratuities
• Conservation fee & TOMSA levy
• Transport to and from and airstrip landing fees
Terms of use:
• This Prize is valid for use, midweek, until 31 September 2021
• Travel dates excluded: Long weekends, public and seasonal holidays
• If a booking is last minute (5 days or less prior to arrival), weekends will be considered dependant on space
Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate lodge specific requests, Thornybush reserves the right to allocate accommodation, subject to availability at time of booking.
No children under the age of 6 are permitted on game drives. Babysitting facilities available at select lodges, at an additional cost.
Please note that this prize is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash. Once booked and confirmed by Thornybush, should the reservation be cancelled within a 60-day period prior to travel date, this prize will be forfeited. Thornybush Terms & Conditions apply and are available on request. Dress is informal; comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Anti-malaria precautions should be taken prior to a visit to the lowveld, most particularly during the summer months.

ELIGIBILITY - This lucky draw is conducted by Siza Safari and is open to anyone over the age of 18 in possession of a valid identity document or passport, except directors, members, partners, employees or agents of or consultants of Siza Safari, any affiliated company or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Siza Safari; or a supplier of goods or services in connection with the competition; and immediate family members of the aforesaid persons.

HOW TO ENTER

2.1. This Lucky Draw Giveaway commences on 01 March 2021 and will close on 30th April 2021 (the “Period”).

2.2. Participants can enter any number of times simply by making a confirmed reservation via Siza Safari. However, no one (same) person can win more than one prize from Siza Safari in a period of six months.

To enter, simply:
2.2.1. Make a confirmed reservation with Siza Safari during the months of March and April 2021.
2.2.2 All clients that make a reservation within the above time period will be entered into the draw for the 2 night midweek stay at Simbambili Lodge as described on this page.

DRAW
​
3.1 The names of all the clients that have booked via Siza Safari in the two months listed will be placed into a hat for a random draw.
3.1.1. An impartial 3rd party nominated by Siza Safari will draw the name of the lucky client from the hat on the 5th of May 2021.
3.2. The winner will receive:
2 nights’ midweek accommodation for 2 at Simbammbili Game Lodge, in accordance with the stipulations listed above on this page under the the heading "The Prize".
Exclusions:
Anything that is not specifically mentioned above is not included in the prize. Excluded from the prize are any flights, visas, park fees, and additional food and beverage services outside of the specifically stated inclusions.

The prize winner may only travel during the period stipulated above. Should the winner be unavailable to travel between these dates, the prize will be forfeited.
JUDGING
By entering this Lucky Draw Givea way you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of the Terms and Conditions may, at Siza Safari absolute discretion, result in forfeiture of any prize.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
The Promoters, their affiliates, directors, members, partners, employees, agents, suppliers or consultants accept no responsibility and they will not, in any circumstances, be liable to compensate the Participants, or accept any liability for: (a) any inability by the Participant to use the prize in part or at all; (b) the lack of quality or any other aspect of any service which is or should be provided at any venue(s) in relation to the prize; or (c) any personal loss or injury occurring at any venue(s) arising, directly or indirectly, out of the use of the prize.
The lucky draw winner will be announced on the Siza Safari Facebook page and will be informed via email.
The winner may be required to sign an indemnity and agree to the Terms & Conditions of both Siza Safari and third party prize suppliers in writing upon claiming the prize. Should this be required, if the winner fails to comply, they will automatically forfeit the prize.
The nominated travel partner may be changed, however, this must be done in writing 120 days before the date of travel.
This Lucky Draw Giveaway is in no way organized, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Competition can be directed to Siza Safari and not to Facebook.
PLEASE NOTE:
Siza Safari will not be held responsible for any injuries, illness, death, theft, loss or damage or personal property, unforeseen circumstances, delayed flights, rejected visas, winners failing to arrive on confirmed dates of travel, winner missing an activity. No alternative arrangements will be made.
​Should the winner wish to extend their trip a Siza Safari consultant will be assigned to them to assist with travel arrangements. All additional travel arrangements/extensions will be for the winner’s own expense.
